How fast can you actually start?
Small jobs (a bathroom, electrical, paint): usually 2–3 weeks out. Mid-size renovations: 6–10 weeks once scope and permits are set. Additions: 3–4 months from signed agreement to demo. We'd rather start prepared than start fast.
Will you give me a fixed price or hourly?
Fixed-price, line-item contracts on almost everything. The rare things we can't price upfront — hidden plaster, an unknown sewer line — get a clear allowance and an open-book rate. No mystery numbers.
Do you offer financing?
No in-house financing, but we can introduce you to two NJ lenders who specialize in renovation loans. Just as happy if you'd rather pay your own way.
What about warranties?
A 12-month written workmanship warranty on every project, plus manufacturer warranties on materials registered to you. Something wrong later? Call us — we'd rather fix it than lose the referral.
What does a bathroom or kitchen remodel actually cost?
Honestly: it depends on three things — whether the layout moves, what we find behind the walls, and the materials you pick. Anyone quoting you a number from photos is guessing with your money. The free walkthrough gets you a real line-item price, usually within days, and it's a number we put in writing and stand behind.
Do you finish basements?
Yes — full basement finishes, and full conversions into one- or two-bedroom apartments. Framing, plumbing, electrical, egress, permits and inspections, one crew. Thinking rental income?
