What carpentry work does ARCED handle?
ARCED handles framing and finish carpentry connected to renovations and repairs, including trim, doors, decks, exterior tie-ins and related finish work defined in the agreement.
Does exterior work include siding or masonry?
It can. Siding, masonry and connected repairs are included when they belong in the written scope. The walkthrough identifies the materials, transitions and underlying conditions first.
Does painting include preparation?
The agreed preparation is written into the scope. Patching, sanding, priming, protection and coat requirements should be clear before work begins rather than assumed from the word painting.
What happens if damaged framing is found?
ARCED documents concealed conditions when they become visible, explains the effect on the project and gets written approval before additional work proceeds.
Can this work be combined with a renovation?
Yes. Carpentry, paint and exterior repairs can be coordinated with the larger renovation so access, rough work and finishes follow one sequence.
