We're hiring two people.

One all-around tradesman who can run a job start to finish, and one helper who wants to learn every trade on it. If neither is you but your work is solid, reach out anyway.

Multi-Trade Technician

Full-time · W-2 Northern NJ Mon–Sat 8a–6p $28–$30/hr to start

A true all-arounder — the person who runs the job when the owner can't be standing on it. Carpentry, drywall, tile, paint, doors and windows, plus the basic plumbing and electrical that keeps a job moving. You read the plans, set the sequence, and hand off to our licensed trades when a permit is involved. We're looking for 10+ years across the trades, your own hand tools, a valid driver's license, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Steady year-round work, on the books, with workers' comp — not a job that ends when the job does.

Construction Helper

Full-time · W-2 Northern NJ Mon–Sat 8a–6p $20–$24/hr to start

For someone earlier in the trades who wants to learn all of them. You'll work alongside our lead on real jobs — demo, framing, drywall, tile, paint, prep and cleanup — and pick up a new trade on every job instead of doing the same task for years. We care more about showing up on time, working hard, and listening than about how long your resume is. Some hands-on construction experience, a valid driver's license, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Real path to move up as you learn.
